Her background has been within the area of human resource management for over 20 years that has resulted in considerable experience working at a senior level in the public sector in Health Care, Local Government and Further and Higher Education. Freda also has extensive personal experience in the voluntary sector. Freda’s experience is supported by her qualifications and broad skill base.
Freda is a very enthusiastic and motivated individual who strives to bring the best out in people no matter what their role in life or work.
